All bug reports should include the information below, along with a detailed description of the issue and steps to reproduce it.

1. Operating System, including version (i.e. Win 7, OSX 10.11.2, Ubuntu 14.04, etc.)
2. Graphics Card(s) model (i.e. GTX 580 - 3GB, TITAN, etc.)
3. RAM Capacity (i.e. 6 GB)
4. Nvidia driver version (i.e. 7.50, 7.5.22)
5. OctaneRender Standalone version, if installed (i.e. 2.24.2, 2.23, etc.)
6. OctaneRender plugin version (i.e. v2.25 - 2.21)
7. Host application version, including build number if available (i.e. 3ds Max 2016 Build 18.0)

Guys, good afternoon! After reinstalling 3ds Max and Octane, an error began to appear:

DLL failed to initialize. Error code 126 - The pecified could not be found.

Reinstalling the plugin and the 3ds Max program does not help.

This file is in the folder specified in the error.

Version Octane: OctaneRender_for_3ds_Max_4.05_-_6.35 Versions 3Ds Max on which Octane was installed Octane: 2019, 2020, 2021.

What to do? How to solve the problem?

Anh ới em cài corona mới vào mà nó báo lỗi Error loading Plug-in DLL "DLL failed to initialize properly - not loading", rồi trong bảng F10 render setup ko có corona.

Từ từ các bạn đừng nôn nóng không phải lỗi 3ds max nha mà lỗi là các bạn ko đọc kỹ readme (hướng dẫn trước khi sử dụng) đi kèm, làm theo hướng dẫn:

- Vào control panel kiếm mục Uninstall a Program -> chọn Corona Render -> chuột phải lên chọn Uninstall

- Vào thư mục "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\3ds Max 20xx" (xx là số phiên bản max bạn đang sài 10, 11, 12 đến 23) kiếm file Corona_xx_max_fix (xx là số phiên bản corona đã cài trước đó 71, 62, 52, 41) xóa đi.

- Vào thư mục "C:\Program Files" kiếm thư mục Corona và xóa đi

- Vào star->run (phím cửa sổ + r) gõ %localappdata% bấm enter, kiếm thư mục CoronaRenderer và xóa đi

- Vào tiếp thư mục Autodesk

- Vào thư mục 3dsMax

- Vào thư mục 20xx-64 bit (ở đây xx là số phiên bản như 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, bạn có bao nhiêu phiên bản sẽ làm vào từng thư mục)

- Muốn nhanh thì bạn xóa hết các thư mục trong này và các bạn sẽ cài lại toàn bộ các script, setting cài đặt vì khi các bạn xóa ENU là sẽ trở về mặc định. Còn ko muốn cài lại các setting, script, nút bấm thì vào thư mục ENU

- Vào thư mục en-US (và nhiều bạn thắc mắc là vì sao mình lại ko có thư mục en-US mà lại có thư mục en-GB, en- gì gì đó, vân vân và mây mây thì xin thưa là các bạn cài bản max ko phải bản tiếng anh của người mỹ, chỉ cần vào thư mục tương ứng là đc)

- Vào thư mục plugcfg

- Xóa tiếp thư mục corona đi

- Vào tiếp thư mục PTB (nhiều phiên bản 3dsmax ko có thư mục này thì bỏ qua nha các bạn chứ đừng thắc mắc vì sao máy này có và máy mình lại ko có)

- Vào thư mục pt-BR

- Vào thư mục plugcfg

- Xóa thư mục corona

- Tiến hành cài đặt lại corona phiên bản muốn cài. Cách cài thế nào thì các bạn chịu khó đọc kỹ file readme đi kèm hoặc youtube.com thẳng tiến và gõ từ khóa "hướng dẫn cài đặt corona". Shop chỉ hướng dẫn cách đập chứ ko hướng dẫn cách xây.
