However, we just migrated to Windows 10 and the tool is now consistently giving us the above error. It worked for few times then the error happen again. 1278 Views, 8 Replies 03-12-2021 03:45 AM Access violation at address 01504207 in module 'SBD.exe'. Read of address 00000000 I keep receiving this error when I click on the "structure loads" tab. Once the error pops up, I cannot proceed using the program. Does anyone know how to rectify this issue? I am using version 20.2.140.0.
