I got my clothing items, and they were lovely! Wonderful quality just like the picture, but I wasn’t a fan of the color on me so I needed to make a return. Well I didn’t look at the return policy closely enough and I was about 4 days past my return by date. But I thought asking is free I’ll just ask customer service! And immediately within two hours they had sent me a return label and return instructions! Fast and exactly what I needed I am so appreciative! I ordered a different set I think that’ll be more flattering on me but my experience with Abril was great!

Opal Mini dress - not worth the price

I ordered the Opal Mini Dress for my hens.

I ordered a size Small as my measurements were bang on for this size. I wish I went a size up though and got the Medium as the dress is very short. This was a surprise because the length was meant to be 32.5inchs for SIZE S but it was 29inches when I measured it. The measurements are wrong on their site.

It still fits amazingly when I'm standing but I can't bend over without showing my ass to the world or sit down comfortably.

For the price point I'm very disappointed in the quality of the dress and material. The material if very cheap, reminds me of Ali express.

I brought the dress on sale (but it still was over $400 with shipping)

Overall, the dress is stunning but I feel very ripped off. And because the dress is on "last sale", I can't exchange it for the size M.... Which is kinda cheeky.

If I paid $150-$180 I would over look these faults but because of the price it's not worth it.

Extremely cheap quality

Extremely cheap quality. You can buy better and similar products on Shein for literally 1/20th of the price lol. Not only that, but their whole anorexic, underage, Lolita thing is kind of appalling.

The quality is so bad for the price.

(Clothing only) With their price point they should be able to use cashmere and silk. I really don’t like their polyester sweaters and fake silk looking material tops and skirts.

Sizing is on point tho. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They used to make cute stuff. I miss old For love and lemons :(

Cheap as hell, false advertising!

I wanted to buy something from this brand since the moment I first saw it. All their stuff looked SO beautiful almost European and their prices definitely implied high quality. I bought a matching set from them of lingerie and I swear to god it’s the cheapest, most ill-fitting garbage I’ve ever purchased. It seriously MUST have cost like $2 to make I’ve bought things from VS and Lovers that felt way more luxurious and was so much better quality than this. Never been so disappointed and shocked in a brand in my life and I’m NOT a picky consumer. Even if it was uncomfortable and looked really high end and pretty I’d be happy but this place has the worst false advertising I’ve ever experienced the set didn’t even look like the photos. Buying from this place is akin to buying off SHEIN but at least with SHEIN they price accordingly for their quality and you know you’re not going to get what’s in the photo exactly. I’ll never buy from them again and when I see their prices I’m very annoyed that they make themselves look so high end and beautiful when the reality is it’s cheap and awful PLEASE go to Victoria’s Secret or honestly anywhere else but here.

This brand is astonishing... in a bad way.

This brand is astonishing. A large majority of the clothing that they sell looks gorgeous on their website, but the price point is insane. Okay, fine, I thought I would save up and splurge on a new dress that would typically be outside of my price range. I bought a $300 dress and still had to pay extra for normal ground shipping which was a bit strange to me, typically when you are spending that much you get expedited shipping covered by the business. The shipping company they use, "Route" makes you download an app to track your package, but the tracking does not work at all. For the past week, my package has been at a postal location marked as "in transit" day after day... with no forward progress. I have called the shipping company, I have called for love and lemons, I have tried to contact "Route" and they all just have told me to be patient and wait for updates, and that shipping could take as long as 12 business days. It seems like a brand that boast luxury and high end prices, would opt for a more reliable, secure, and expedited shipping process and be more inclined to try to assist their customers. The dress that I ordered over 10 days ago is now of course not going to arrive in time for me to wear it to the event I had planned to wear it to, so now I get to hassle with returning it, which is highly irritating and disappointing. Lesson learned, higher prices does not equal better customer service. Do not order from this brand unless you have 3-4 weeks before you need your items.

I ordered a jacket that I received…

I ordered a jacket that I received today, which is nothing like the pictures used on the site. The pictures show a long length jacket that has a large hood and cuffs in two shades of grey. I received I waist length, ill fitted cheap fleece material. Its not the same cut, length, fit, color or size that i ordered at all. Complete flash advertising. Won't be ordering from this site again. Would definitely not recommend. No amount of customer service changes anything, when a company are happy to falsely advise merch.

Sizes are inconsistent

Bought lingerie here on sale and the international shipping was reasonably quick. The bras are nicely made and the embroidery is very good quality, but the sizing is terrible. I ordered two bras and one bustier, all in the same size, but the cups on the bustier were bigger than on the bras.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought a bra and a short, but only bra came in. After waiting for 2 weeks, I reached out to them and they said the short got sold out. Then they refunded me the money for the short. I would not got a refund if I never reach out to them. Also, I couldn’t return the bra because it’s marked as a final sale product. But I originally bought this bra to go with the short. I’d never shop from here again.

Amazing Experience!!

I ordered some underwear and bras from for love and lemons. I am a first time customer. I had the most amazing experience. I don’t normally shop from overseas due to having a such long postage times. However, I was pleasantly surprised, my items arrived right on time and super fast. I loved that I could track them live on route tracker app. I was constantly updated with where my items were in the process. I just got them today. I had read some reviews about the sizing being off. However, this was not the case for me. I ordered the sizes that I am in Australian sizing and the fit was perfect! The item was absolutely gorgeous and well worth the cost. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and will be a returning customer as I love vintage style. AAA+++

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, absolutely delighted! I bought a pair of earrings about a year ago, and I lost them and was devastated! They were sold out, and no longer available. I emailed customer service and they put a pair on the website for me to purchase! Not only this but they were greatly reduced in original price (maybe because they were last season!) I was so happy I could have cried, great service from Abril! Love for love and lemons and will continue to be a regular customer!! xxx

Sizing is way off

I ordered two full sets of lingeries from FLL and I don’t think I’ll be wearing them at all. The customer service was good and the bustiers and panties themselves were cute, but their sizing is sooo off. I’m usually a medium in lingerie, (I’m a size 10 U.K.) and I’d read reviews saying to go a size up, so I ordered large, and I can just about squeeze into it but I look like a sausage at the back because it is simply tiny. It’s such a shame because it’s all beautiful, it just hurts to wear because of how tight everything is.

Happy customer but sizing changes

Loved some of their unique styles over the last 5/6 years. Only issue is the sizing is off - a few different dresses I have purchased in Sor XS and some are AU 6/AU8 others over the years have been more like an AU 12-14! But never had an issue returning. If you want free returns it is easier to purchase from Revolve Clothing!

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. They cannot phone out you cannot phone in. Placed order December 31 then told they were doing an inventory in January so no shipping. Money taken and no delivery date anticipated. Really really poor.

No returns on FINALSALE products

Products on FINALSALE cannot be returned. If I knew this I would not have brought from them as the bikini I brought is the wrong size. Everything else is fine and I really like the clothes but I will not buy from this website in the future as I won't know if I can return an item or not (I do not recall seeing this on the webpage when buying the bikini top).

Cute designs, poor quality.

Overall, they have really cute stuff! But when you touch it... it's clearly made very cheaply. It feels like that plastic-satin when I bought a skirt and a dress, and was SUPER thin. Honestly, it felt like a knock-off from wish but I bought from the company website... Also, I'm a very small girl with boobs big for my body, and it was hard to find something that actually fit. If you ONLY want design, then it's good, but not for big chested girls. Way overpriced given the quality of the garments. If I'm paying premium price for something, I expect a product that it luxurious, soft, thick, and has good stitching. I'd probably become a loyal customer if the quality was better, since their designs are so feminine and cute! I hope in the future they car less about profit margins and more about long-lasting fashionable clothes, cause that's certainty what I thought I was paying for. Quite disappointed.

I was looking for a particular knitting pattern and of all places I was guided to the site and asked for $50 for a KNITTING pattern!! And all the other KNITTING PATTERNS were $50 each. Bizarre company. I don't know what’s going on here….
