Terrible after-sales service waiting

Terrible after-sales service waiting for repair for 4+ months, still no delivery date! I did contact you multiple times via aftersale email - they are useless. A respectable company will send money back at this point.

Absolutely awful products

Absolutely awful products. I got a tablet with detachable keyboard. Keyboard never worked properly. After about a week the tablet would just go in to a mode where it flash on and off and only way to stop was power off. It's doesn't run at speeds stated. Any smart phone i have ever owned has been faster. You can't even stream Netflix. Truly awful for £200. £20 and i would still want change

CHUWI RZBOX AMD RYZEN 9 4900H

I made my order for 650 dollars, when ordering it was indicated that the delivery would be from DHL and would be completed within 10 working days. however, 3 weeks have passed and the order has not yet been received. Track number BEL8000613CN which I was told is not a track for DHL, apparently my order was sent by another carrier, so it's already on the way for a long time. So my rating for you is therefore low

Terrible company did order for notebook

Terrible company did order for notebook cpu j4125 got j4115 which is worse. Never again any deal with CHUWI Hi! I contacted by email to SHUWI store at 8/11/2021 but still didn't get any response from store. I need instructions Wich is address and how I can return my order Wich ones was wrong specs notebook

Horrible computer

Horrible computer. Keyboard died in less than a year and the color have gave out by the time very easily. The price is fair but computer is very weak. Fair price bad computer [in mi point of view] and quality was medium

Nice package - missing screwdriver

The package is robust and able to protect the content. So far, I was able to install memory, however, I need to buy the screwdriver to mount SSD as well. Having none which fits - it is a pity there is none in the package or at least having the screws in separate bag would be helpful as well - I can replace them with my own screws fitting my screwdrivers.
So, testing the PC needs to wait a few days more.

Aye aye aye... Honest to f@*k I should've listened to everyone here. I ordered an aerobook pro 13.3 inch laptop to be delivered to the UK. The tracking number through "Swiship UK" says it was delivered. Sorry what!? Who was on the delivery route that day? Chris Angel or Copperfield? I work from home so no I can assure you it hasn't been delivered. Then they expect me to chase down this bs Swiship company to find out [which I think is also bs that me the consumer has to go on a wild goose chase]. I tried to find contact details for them but it looks like a twelve year old made the website on ms dos in granny's basement it's got nothing on it not even a menu bar to click on. Anyway to anyone who has ordered and living in the UK I advise you to file a complaint with consumer protection and it is now my mission to leave this same review on as many websites as I can and deter as much business as possible from this company as I can. Hopefully us as consumers will see a day when these shady scumbags don't d*ck us around. BEWARE OF CHUWI FOR YOUR OWN SAKE [and your wallet].

Nice machine at a really good price

Nice machine at a really good price. Operates well and can be upgrade to Win 11. It comes in English[US] with an American keyboard. It also comes with lay over keyboard characters for 4 other languages. It is not a gamers machine [Gemibook pro 14] but it is an excellent business machine for the price. 12gb memory allows it to run multiple applications smoothly. It has a second ssd slot to allow it to install a second M2 2280 harddrive. Care this version does not run the faster Mv type M2 2280 but does run the Sata M2 2280 drive. The sata drive runs around the 500mbps which is fast. The Mv version runs at over 2000mbps but not for this machine. Care when buying the harddrive upgrade. Speed wise it is a capable machine.

assistance service non-existent, I bought one of their products, corebook pro, it arrived with a burn pixel, the fan turned on every minute I wrote to assistance, never answered.
