By portable app, I'm assuming you mean a single .exe file, to which the answer is no. You could make one from the source, but it will launch very slowly due to the way node-webkit handles dependency extraction within a single file.
You could also run Fenix from the source. Even though you're on Windows, the instructions for running on Linux will help you run the app from the source code.

Hi, We are using IA8 as our development tool. It has been working fine in our Windows 7 environment. However, we just migrated to Windows 10 and the tool is now consistently giving us the above error. It worked for few times then the error happen again. That is the from the UI, from command line, it crash every time. We are stuck right now, please advice.

Access violation at address 01504207 in module 'SBD.exe'. Read of address 00000000
I keep receiving this error when I click on the "structure loads" tab.
Once the error pops up, I cannot proceed using the program.
Does anyone know how to rectify this issue?
I am using version 20.2.140.0.

Here is a version with the longitudinal beams cleared out. I no longer get the AV. You probably don't need to redefine the longitudinal beams in this non-standard grillage.

We have put in a fix to soon to be released version to stop the AV. Note that there was reference to a zero length member [which doesn't seem to exist]...
