is there a way we can give the mac os keyboard layout with the remote desktop session so we can use these characters ?
we need to have this funcitonality if we need to change something to the programming code we need to call these characters now we have these characters in a txt file and copy them over when needed.
Hi alain3888,
The default behaviour of the RDP session is to use the Keyboard Layout of the remote session.
Try the below:
Method 1:
You can set universal keyboard shortcuts inSystem Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts > Application Shortcuts > All Applications, you can enter menu values [Save, Copy, Paste, etc] and then assign new key combinations to them.
Method 2:
1. On the RDCmenu, click Preferences, and then click Keyboard.
2. Double-click the keyboard shortcut that you want to change, and then press the combination of keys that you want to use instead.
NOTE: The new combination of keys must include one modifier key and at least one additional key, such as CONTROL + F10.
